Construction/Equipment and Product Acquisition and Installation
With construction documents finalized, it's time to use the Bill of Materials for acquisition and installation of the equipment. The start of this phase depends entirely on the construction timetable. We're usually one of the last contractors in on the project, as a dusty construction site is no place for electronic equipment!
Because timing is so crucial, our staff is trained to accomplish our installation quickly. It surprises many clients to see that often up to 50% of our labor takes place in our shop, rather than onsite. It's a much better use of our time and your resources to have us deliver fully wired and tested racks of gear to the site.
Because we are testing everything in the shop and are bringing the equipmant onsite after that, we catch manufacturing defect and freight damage when it can usually be easily remedied - not with frantic next day shipments hoping that the replacement works. If we provide it to you, it's our responsibility - it's as simple as that.
With Clarity AVL, the installation process goes smoothly thanks to our system documentation, process documentation and trained staff. You always know what to expect, when to expect it, and what benchmarks will tell you when a phase it completed. We invite you to call us for references of similar projects to find out what our clients have to say about us.
System commissioning flows from the installation process, in that we are actually confirming system performance as we go. The final "commissioning" process is onsite, confirming that the equipment, as installed in your facility, meets all of the benchmarks set in the system documention. We've invested thousands of dollars in tech training; tech tools; and proprietary software to enable us to know that your system is fully functional.
When a complex media system is incorporated into your project, you don't want to worry that the main speaker system is going to be in front of the projector screen. With our integrated team, we take care of all of the details for you so you can focus on the other critical and creative elements of your project. To make things even easier for everyone involved, there's always just one point of contact for you and one set of documents for your construction team.
