System Equipment Maintenance


Our maintenance program involves scheduled visits - usually 2 througout the year. Our techs will stop by at an agreed upon time to check functionality on all systems and meet with your tech leaders to be sure that everything is working well. Many clients use their scheduled visits to get new equipmant installed properly, or move their appointment to deal with an emergency. When something breaks it is comforting to know that you won't have to pay for an additional service call.

Ongoing Training


This is a service that more and more clients have asked us for - essentially a maintenance contract for the tech team! We design a program around your team needs. Our instructors are all trained musicians as well, so we're uniquely suited to interface between music and tech teams as both programs seek to improve their systems.
